A walk through the wild north of La Palma is an absolute for any serious walker. This route takes you along the jagged northern coast of the island. It's stunning. This whole area is very steep and the walk and can be quite demanding. The route passes through Don Pedro and then all the way down into the Barranco Fagundo ravine.
From here, you go up again into the small town of Tablado, which is almost completely deserted. The last part of the walk is pretty tough, so you need to be in good condition for it.
